necessity to call our customer service operators. Please follow the

In order for you to access your account, click the log in graphic below and a new window will open up, allowing you to log in to the arczip.com member's section. Please be aware that if you have a pop-up blocker in place, this window will not be allowed to open.

What can I do in my arcZip members section?

You will be able to:
- Manage your account and billing options
- Add a new email or dial-in account
- Change any password assigned to your account
- Download great arcZip tools and utilities!
An account username and password is required to access the customer account section of
our Web site. You chose this password during the sign-up process. If you do
not remember your login information, please call arcZip Customer Support at: 866-890-4511.
